If you're having to turn it down, why didn't you just run their 632 crate motor without the blower, instead of dialing it down to 700 some hp? I mean their complete 632 crate is making well over 800 hp running it through a regular intake with a 1250cfm dominator. I don't get why you want to run a boosted system, only to have to dial it back so far.

    Weld the pushrods

Remember when this Channel made videos like this and no Hovercrafts were involved?

As a hack weekend mechanic that has built a few engines high performance that engine in the first engine on initial startup sound very tight like they need a little bit of time meaning a lot breaking in. Tolerances on the bearings must be like close 2 what you would see on a standard family vehicle engine built to long last but not being used hard. Curious to know what the plastigage showed with respect 2 what the specs say it was

I was working on a very gimmicky platform inspired by Toast in a game like Automation and Roblox; a 1930's era Hot Rod with an "11L supercharged V8 with 2k hp and 6k redline." that unfortunately has an inaccurate physical shape for a push rod. It's bulk made it look something like 20 to 25 litres, not to mention the practicality of it's design.

Should I make it smaller or design around that physical size like something out of a Caterpillar or a Kamotsu construction vehicle? Just slapping a dually pickup axle with this rediculous powertrain. (Even though it's going to flop probably, I'm still learning how to innovate in a possible state.)

This video seems soooo melodramatic and Cleetus seems low key pissed off about the engine the whole time.

  10. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Bobby Tucker says:

Looks like the pistons in the old engine were trying to swap holes. good sized chunks of material skittering around inside there.

As far as the other engine goes guys we can tell it received a ton of crank case pressure, that seems to have caused the failure of literally everything in the bottom end. New engine is stout… it survived today’s thrashing on the skid pad 🇺🇸 video is being edited as we speak!
