Hell yeah brother you're on the please confront youtube channel, got the heat in the box all right guys. So this isn't our normal turbo reveal, because our boy ty here already got fired up on some welding, but check this out pop her off of there. We got ourselves a 98.03, so this is a 98 millimeter turbo for old ruby and look at the turbo kit that ty is putting together for this thing, so a little bit similar to our old one, except this is three inch tubing slipped together. We had some fitment issues with the old turbo kits, that's kind of why we decided to go to this one plus we had a lot of cracks, and why is that cracks? Why is that probably uh? There was no flex in between it and there was a lot of uh weight weight held way out yeah, so we added a turbo brace down there.

You saw that so check this out guys. This turbo is actually braced to the cylinder head and uh. Just a little bit higher quality kit than our old throwing together deal. We have these new motion.

Raceworks wastegate attachments to these things super easy to weld on our old turbo. You know it was a good turbo. I think it was yet the old 88, but it started smoking a little bit because we gave it a little bit too much oil pressure, so we fixed that, but the seals were never right so that one's got to get rebuilt right here we got a remanufactured 9803 from precision she's a little used up, but this is a fresh turbo. She should be ready to go so ty got it all.

Welded up got the new kit. Looking pretty good gon na have to move the radiator forward. We're gon na put the catch tank in the back, but, as you can see, the turbo is a lot lower, so we will be lowering the center of the gravity of the car a little bit. You know putting a 50 pound weight up pretty high.

Can you know add to the wheelie problem we had, which isn't a bad thing in some cases? No, it looks good though, and this is what contour was the xp or something like that right. This is a xpr. 9803 extra fancy edition sounds pretty yeah. It's a race, turbo race, car turbo and in addition to that, as you guys can see, we got the motion.

Raceworks icon, throttle body with the billet 90s. This is the tightest 90 degree attachment you can get as far as throttle bodies go for ls, stuff, bolts, right up to the texas speed intake, so we'll see what this 427 can handle. As you guys know, this is just an aluminum block with sleeves in it. We'll see what she can handle, because a 98 puts out a lot of boost and fresh motion motion.

Race works throttle cable, so we can get rid of our little connector yeah our old throttle, cable kind of sucks. We got a fresh motion throttle cable. We got the new wastegates two precision wastegates. Now we had some boost control issues before that'll all be a thing of the past.

We're not going to have back pressure issues. We got a huge 1.24 ar back housing on this thing. It's pretty much as good as it gets billet center section. It should be a ripper.

What more can you ask yeah? What more can you ask for so ruby's dialed in let's go talk about a toast new setup guys. I cannot believe some of you said to put toast's engine in the dale truck. How could you this is the only vehicle in the fleet that i protect from savagery, the dale truck? It's just it's too nice for a truck dude. Just look at this thing all right, maybe i'll get it out for you guys, because it has been a little while we did go what a nine two or three in it we've been hunting for the eight.

Maybe it's time we try and go for those eight. Second runs, but let me just fire it up, so you guys can get your fix in, because i don't want people thinking, we should put a big block in the dale truck. It runs too good. This thing is donald watch.

It starts every time through the power come on baby a little cold this morning you see guys the dale truck, it's always ready, but i'll get it out for you guys. I also, sadly, i'm going to be still in my dad's camaro, soon just kind of been storing it for him, but we've decided that we're going to let it go as we've got some big plans coming up for next year. This is our humvee and the only reason i would entertain this idea is because the humvee is dead. The engine in it is pretty much fully smoked. The transmission is fully smoked. The transfer case is fully smoked.

The front diff and rear diff are probably okay, but basically we got a bunch of water and everything. And then you know it just kind of ruined the clutches in the transmission and we drained it and filled it during it and filled it and it needs a new transmission which could fix it, but the engine is leaking out of every crevice available. So really the only way for this thing so really the only way this thing is going to make comeback is with a big block or a duramax. I think it'd fit back.

There probably have to move it forward. Huh, wouldn't have to there's a ton of room, though, between the frame rails, which i was hoping there wasn't, we could say no, we can't do it, but it'd be a project, be a big project, be a big project. I don't know dude i feel like we could. We could make it work, it's just going to be a big project, or do we put like a cummins or duramax in it, so these detroit diesels yeah are great for one thing: going slow blowing up.

Let's do things if we did if we did like a like a six six dura max 5 yeah lbz or something more modern, i mean that would be sweet, but we're really, i think, right now. We need to find something for toast's. Engine we'd have to move all this junk, but once we did it, it'd probably fit because that oil pan on the bottom of toast motor is so it's flat so flat. But the problem is the the blower and that giant mag drive.

I mean they have to be at least this far forward, so the engine is going to be all the way up. Here, that's going to be kind of goofy yeah. You have it here in factory location, which this block is a big block, so the block would bolt right in the factory location here, but you see centered ups right here, yeah, so from center of motor back would be in the windshield yeah. The hat of the blower would be like right here, yeah, which is something we can maybe uh, maybe talk about.

We just wanted to see what you guys think a lot of people on our clevis facebook pages were saying. We want to see the humvee with the blower big blower motor. In it a lot of people said the dale truck, which just isn't happening. I got ta.

I got ta veto that one right now and then the other two options would be a chevy ss, which i kind of like that idea or we will find a ute which is like the most australian vehicle ever so. Essentially, we go with the most american vehicle ever or we go with the most australian vehicle ever i really don't care either way, but we'd have to put a rear end in this and then make a big old drive shaft too, but which this is it's not The end of the world i mean we could keep it irs yeah in the rear, but we would have to just get a drive. Shaft that'll fit this look at that clearance. Dude i figured we'd come take a gander at it.
