Wheels uh. big intercooler? Yeah, well we got a problem. We do have a problem. So yeah, oh yeah, look at that intercooler by the way.

Damn bro. Yeah, this is a fizzle intercooler. We also added a bluff valve for you to relieve that pressure in there. Yeah, all right.

I Look forward to it. All right. We got an issue though, Guys, as you know, we straightened out the bottom of the boat well JP took it out and the boat was spraying off the front of the boat like digging the nose in so we may have a shape issue with the bottom of the hole. What we did was there was a gap here in the new Uhmw.

so we sealed that off with some Flex tape and we're gonna go test it and see if that was the drag that was causing it to ride. Weird. but apparently it was super weird. So I drove down here they got all the mods done.

let's take it out and make sure everything's good. Yeah, we took it out. it wrote great. It just yeah.

Wanted the front flute. That's all all right. Fingers crossed that we face it. but we'll see.

I'm all about paranoid that I feel like it's riding like that low already. That's what I'm saying. it's it feels like it's going to do appropriate all right. You feel it right? Yeah, it's like what the hell bro, right? That's what I'm saying.

It's like bring it over the front of the boat. It feels good man. but it just it doesn't get out the water and when it trimmed up it all matters. Super weird.

Yeah, something's going on. So just to give you an idea of what we're working with here, at the bottom of the boat that looks like the Uhmw is pretty flush. but I think the problem is big. a word bulge right here.

so if you look down through here, see how much it indents in front of this if you look on the other side, flat so so that little kick right there. All right, it's raining super loud here in the shop. But what we have done to try and fix the Mountain Dew boat as if you see right now it is flat fish. Realized before that we had a lift on the back here that was kind of protruding outward which was creating like a trim tab effect.

It's just making the nose dive into the water. Now there's a big dent here. Still that we couldn't get out because the stringers bent. We didn't really care Well it turns out the problem, but we did was we loosed in the plastic bottom and we shoved a bunch of sheets of aluminum down in there like that.

but on the other side to fill that Gap and bring it down now that we have a basically flat bottom boat, but we still have a little bit of a limp here so we're going to tighten everything up. Ty's going to Belt sand this till it's almost no. Gap Kind of like this side and then at that point we can water test it. but we think that was the issue so hopefully it's fixed.

Okay guys, finished product. Here's what we're looking at. Pretty damn flat as far as we can get it. a couple dents.

this side looks pretty good too. We're hoping that made the difference, but we won't know till we know. heading to the lake right now. Hey, James if my whole truck is going into the lake, just stop.
