So today we got leroy's engine out here, fixing the damage gon na go ahead and get the clutch thrown on it, and wait for the cylinder head to show up and reassemble all that we got george working on ruby here as soon as we get the uh Head on we're gon na start, throwing it in and ty will help us we're gon na get some new vacuum lines thrown on it, because all of them have been well starting to rot. You can see. It's starting to split, you know it's no good got an alternator pulley, that's been dropped, we'll try and straighten that out or replace it with one at the shop start. Getting this thing together, all right, so we got the clutch and flywheel on our nice billet clutch key custom fits great. I had to file down the crank a little bit actually because i couldn't get the flywheel to go on all the way turns out.

There were a couple little burrs on it, so got out the good bob villa got the burrs off got it all put on now we're just waiting on the head to show up from texas speed all right guys. We finally got our parts in from texas speed. We get the fully ordered together, it's like six o'clock right now and uh leroy has to leave in t-minus 12 hours, so really kind of close. I like that.

Good morning guys we are leaving for ls fest today and we're working on leroy george and zach got the engine in so that's good start and ty and uh shoot it's ready to go so they got the head on, as you guys already saw, and now it's Time for us to button this thing up, we got to put turbos on this sucker. We got to redo a bunch of vacuum on.

We got to get everything plugged in clean some stuff up, but we're going to try and do this quick and efficiently. So we can get out here in a couple hours, otherwise, when you're driving through the night, but i think we got it so it's gon na come together morning. Raceworks valve covers: let's go all right folks, we are buttoning up the engine for the long block. Now we're gon na pop the gigantic iceman intake on which is sitting over here. Better put the injectors in we got some uh brand new injectors for ruby and leroy. So we'll put these new injectors in and get this sucker put on.

There no leave those on with we'll put the intake on top of those make sure the cylinder is very clean. Well, how about one start and then on this one yeah we'll do this we'll try to start it we'll pull the intake off. Take those off all for the youtube views. Pretty heavy! I think it's heavy huh yeah big unit, all right guys. We got a precision, turbo box here, that's because one of the leroy's turbo fins had a little bend in it. So we sent that one turbo out. We got a fresh curbside, big shoe buddy on that yup.

Putting on the hitters george is putting on some stuff over here. Some fuel lines we're gon na have we're gon na be dialed in here. In a minute. You know what i say about that ac, no i'll say about that ac, looking good, so headers on turbo's on hook up all the oil lines after the first time we try to start.

It remember, never hook up your oil lines, first, yeah i'll. Let it spill all over then hook them up fast brother. Let's do it all right, guys went and picked up mullet, so we can get him loaded in the stacker. I got ta go about one mile, an hour down this road.

It scrapes pretty bad hear that so we're getting this road paved though i'm really excited about that, because it is so bad. Even in our trucks we're all like holy cow, the roads get bad when it rains not good, so we're getting it paved. But let's get this sucker loaded up and then we can start strapping stuff down. James and george are just working away on leroy, so zach and i are gon na, get the toader ready in the trailer and uh man.

I think we're gon na make it to ls fest on time, even with all the problems we've faced. So it might be a little late might not get the perfect parking spot, but we're gon na try don't put the turbos on god, dang! That's one nice! Underneath we got ta put the starter on before we hook up the battery, we're switching brands, we got a die hard battery from lowe's, i'm pretty sure adam picked that up. We got fresh spark plugs, got some fresh plug wires made by jack stand.

Most things are are tightened up and buttoned up. We got to put the boost pipe on, which is sitting right here, but we'll do that last because it's kind of hard to see george picks up some wiring for the fans that was screwed up from race league last time and uh just buttoning it up pretty Soon, we'll have to zip tie all this crap out of the way, so we'll be ready to rip all right guys right now, we're adding our counterweight on zach did put some on before, but there you go see that one's already got counterweight on it. We got a little scale over there, we're gon na add more to all these, and then we got ta put some bass turns in it too. Clutch is set, as you can tell.

We tried to uh. We tried to get to the point where we could literally drive it off the lift, but we have a leaky brake line so we're gon na get that fixed. This is probably the one car that'll start on. The first try zach you gon na hit it yep.

Does that have rpm signal on the dash? Oh yeah, you're, good, yep, new world record new world record? Oh good oil pressure? Okay, that's why it's coming to check dude all right! Let's go fire burn. Dude come on leroy, one of the wide man 3. What is a wide band it'll suck down that water at 120.? Did it pulling me down? Oh yeah, 58 pounds, oil pressure, charging 14.9 volts, uh cool attempts, 170. go ahead and shut it down sounds pretty damn good.

All right! You see it off sucking her down. Now, brother little airlock action, we were like damn our coolant or we're like damn our brand new water pump. Wasn't working could have been the wiring but turns out it was airlock. What time is it? Oh yeah we're one brake line away.

Yeah one brake line to you and fire me up all right, guys we're riding for a couple minutes now. Oil pressure is perfect. Air fuels are good. You know fuel pressure, cooling down, you know it's coming right down.

Staying where it needs to be fans are working. Water pumps, working clutch seems to be good. That sounds pretty noisy they're like they're like that, though, getting some florida rain guys, but we're also flushing leroy's fluid. It sounded a little rattly.

You couldn't hear that in the video and it looks look how watery it looks. Yeah, so we're just gon na swap that real, quick, hopefully give this thing some extra life. It's uh, this one's been through a couple reps right. I mean it's been a while.

It actually broke the torque tube last time. Right, oh, it broke the clutch and the shifter yeah, so she's got some runs on her. You guys know the seven second stick shift game. You basically have you have to have disposable transmissions, they just they come and they go very expensive.

Disposable transmission, yeah, and just so you know we do it, for you guys see the new helmet ooh, the bush logo.
