All right guys. here we are pulling into the Sportsman Series race at the Freedom Factory Supposed to be 110 cars racing this weekend. Damn, they got the nice setup and uh, the pits are going to be absolutely smoked here at the Freedom Factory So we're just pulling in for the first time.

Oh yeah, the Crown Mix brother. you know the deal. Look at all them mix. look at that one.

Look at all these hot rods. number 14. oh they're both number 14. Damn.

this thing's kind of pretty cheap here. All right. this guy need your repair? Yeah, well, like you know, people have to. What What kind of car is it like? It's just a Sportsman.

Yeah, there's a Sportsman car. auto frame. Wow. 602 crate motor okay which is actually just a 350 small block Chevy Nothing fancy but a decent low mile of power.

Yeah, and they're all. They're all the same. They're all the same for all the cars and they're like motor wise all the same. They're sealed all right.

Cool cool. well. I guess I should probably hop in. Yeah oh dude.

not too bad. I mean I drive it so the steering wheel. Oh sick you? Okay yeah I think this will work. Yeah, it's close now.

I Can go in or out towards your away with the steering shaft. It's actually perfect. Yeah, during the night we need to move it or whatever. What is this deal? Again, this one's gonna be reversed and now once this will be your third and fourth.

So this is high and low. basically neutral. Yeah, they got to be straight up and down to get going. So once you go to back up forward and then this one, you just go out of the pits in one and you'll shift pretty instantly into the next one and then it just stays at high.

Stays in that until you go down the X and come back in. Oh this is a Nifty device measuring out the cars. Wow! And obviously we got some stales up here too. Check this out.

so bad going down the street for quite a skin. The third is the car really gets at night. trailer is like watching if I let off the wheel. the car wants to turn that bad.

you know what I mean going down the straight away you're like fighting to stay straight. Thank you. So anyways guys I got a decent bit of practice I even gotten one little contact incident which you'll see right here. Boy trying to cut under my boy and then I got a couple more laps the next day.

However, I was on some pretty shoddy tires so then I went into qualifying on a brand new set of tires and I was totally outgunned by the car. The car was so much tighter and I wasn't able to commit fully to the new tires and how good they were. So I didn't qualify very well I ended up being I think 35th or something out of 45 cars. So I started pretty far back in the B main race.

so let's get right to the race because this is where the real action is. All right guys, let me set the scene. We got kids playing football, a bunch of people on the pit side more people than I've ever seen on the pit side of the Freedom. Factory Stands are filling up and keep in mind I didn't promote this event, you know? I mentioned it one time this week, so this was like a test for me to see if this type of event can bring its own crowd and I'm impressed.

So we got a bunch of people here already and the racing doesn't even start for a little while. So and I'm sure the stands are gonna be looking real good by race time. All right guys, that's a wrap for qualifying. Fine all the sports sports cars down here.

It's about 45 of these things. Looks like I'm qualified about 33 by racing the B Main and finishing the top fourth. I Can go to the A main I win a 15-93 the fastest guy won a 15-5-5 so about four tenths off from the leader. They are freaking so fast and the whole group is so close together.

Look at all these cars so it's all right. We'll head back to the pants with all these people and we'll get dialed in to uh, go out in the B main. Here we go Boys, she's not gonna go for the back of the pack. to the front baby is a lot of race cars but I'm feeling good.

Come on. Really all right happy Friday Day let's go Oh my. God You guys go pretty early on the startup. I Wasn't expecting to roll in so fast.

Foreign, foreign, foreign, everything. Number six, Number seven better land Second place boys second place. so close before go on. Today we got a second in the B-man Come close.

That was so fun Dude my fathers are saying I can't believe this. Shout out to my spot here Dude Always if those guys wouldn't have gotten way slowed down in front of me, it would have been all right. That was my opportunity. and I wish I could have gotten some more laughs.

Damn it boys there you go Hey guys dude I needed like one more lap. Dude that was so fun I'm so bummed. Oh one more laugh, you know we actually almost had that all right next time by that last question I was so fired up dude I knocked him more last year to fight someone in the pit right? All right guys! Well that's gonna do it for our Circle track racing adventure of the weekend. Unfortunately I'm out because I didn't make the main race.

if I would have made fifth I would have won the B main but we got second and if I would have made top more it would have moved on. but from where I started I just didn't have enough momentum to get right there. I mean I'm telling you two more laps that I could have could have maybe got up there but I had so much fun and Adam and his crew did such a good job so got B W Supply you know they own the car and uh it was just a blast but the Sportsman series comes back in late October so I will be racing these cars again in a very, uh very short time arriving. just went in the bathrooms bathroom check Immaculate you've been in there dude even after Garza yeah I can smell the guards that was in there.

but as far as fumbling this that is looking good. we got a new menu item. Steak sandwiches are the best new menu item I had when they're sold out. Delicious! They only have chicken sandwiches also sold out.

so I had to settle for these new mac and cheese bites we got. Let me tear one open Dude, good bye. They're really good and you know we got the best fries here. absolutely And a nice hold down dude not even mad I don't know you've come a long way dude I Remember hanging out here it was great I Love it! You're out here chilling with the crowd.

This honestly is such a like I'm so excited about Circle Track Racing right now fired up experience but it didn't work out. they just had a bad wreck he's getting back on right now. Here we go. Let me go.
