Dear Cleetus and Gang:
If the crew is interested, I can help you guys with deterioration on the outside. Get some small longevic pansies like johnny jump ups and a soft succulent like a purslane. Those 2 will out-compete most weeds and have a very shallow root. They will pull moisture up. They will take water off the outside of the track and help keep some of the bad weeds at bay and simultaneously preserve your exterior track. They are also far easier to weed and help make the track look nice. I've used it on my driveways for years…
