Okay also guys, in an effort to spiff up my daily, you can see I got the cloth XL interior in this thing. not ideal, you know for a daily I'm trying to have something little little nicer. so what? I got over here is a complete Raptor r interior so you know I got the Raptor r Now if I'm driving this, it's way faster. but it's still Raptor r So we got I mean 20 Raptor r interior.
makes me kind of sad cuz someone must have wrecked their r r Yeah we got this off of eBay and we got it's in great shape the beautiful seats. we got the sweet center console I I'm really hoping Zach can make that sh sh yeah I mean all these YouTube videos we got to make laptop that thing honestly is really nice make just don't ever just don't ever go look in that truck now cuz this is where game. So this stuffs out of a 2023 Raptor r that's 2019 so it is a totally different setup I'm not sure this part of the dash stuff will line up, but I'm really hoping everything just bolts in and we can kind of figure it out and that's going to do it for the F-150 this week. otherwise we're topping off Flues.

We do need a l of valves I would like to look into that make sure she's good. Probably the biggest project we have going is we're about to cut up mullet before sick week starts. Sick week it's a dragon Drive event hosted by Tom Bailey It's at the end of this month so I mean we don't have a ton of time look at Tai his eyes are already widening mhm because he knows he's some work ahead of him. What we're going to finally do What people have been saying to do for a long time I Know you guys have wanted to make this happen is we. We're going to get rid of this stock triangulated four length.
This thing still has Factory lower boxes in it. Yeah, so these fact Factory torque boxes are taking the brunt of a 6.32 qu Mile in a 3500 lb car. If that doesn't go to show how tough Chevrolet parts are I don't know what. she's come a long way.
Dude, she's done good. So the deal is this stock style suspension in this thing is just kind of a limiting factor like at: World Cup Remember how we were trying to go a little faster and we just couldn't. Hopefully a real four-link will help. A real four link should really help the car out a good bit.
I started putting x's on everything I have to cut out. Oh you did and it's it's everything. It's everything. Oh it's everything I Got to cut all.

We got a lot of cutting to do. now. We have a floater rear end in there. Why do people go floater rear end versus what we have? So it takes all the load off the axle flange.
So right now you have a flange on the end of your axle that holds it. Now you're going to a hub that holds the wheel and your axle is just an axle. Oh, is it's floating? Yeah. And then on top of that, you have endless adjustability coming.
Or if you look on this, you're already on the last hole in the housing. No adjustment here. You're already at the bottom hole up here and you're at the top hole of the house. there.
This four link. Essentially, we set it up like two years ago and we've never mess with it because we sort of got it to work. It's never been impressive. I Don't think we've ever even cut a 1060 foot in this car, right? Um, close 110.
It might have went a 109 maybe, but it's like almost. but it would have to be like the best track prep the world's ever seen to do it. So we're hoping with this new four length, we're going to have a little a little bit more freaking suspension to get the El Camino moving a little bit faster and we got it all right here. Trz Performance Rear end. same one that's in it but this is their floater rear end so that's standard. 9 in I Guess you'd call it Yeah, it's a stand.
9 in like a new Ford bearing end. nothing special. It did pretty good for us. It did really good for us, has never failed only the diff has failed.
Packed in there nice, it heavy. Are floaters lighter? No. Oh so is that the Hub you're talking about? Yeah, Yep. Wow.
Yes sir. Damn that's crazy. And the bearings r on that? Yeah, that's your rings for your bearing and everything. Golly.
So all the way to the car and the wheel is physically on this bearing and the axle doesn't carry any low. Oh instead of it just being connected to a flange way out here on a 9 in the axle carries to the car and takes all the Shad of the car. Now it's just Axel's only job is spin so frees up a lot. There a lot of pressure on that bearing in theine this sucker is braced up.
Yeah, this is sick. Oh this is you. See that? Damn. you even got adjustable holes for your anti roll bar.

Hub now instead of being slid on the so, the only thing that this studs do is hold the wheel. Holy crap. and then your axle goes through the center. D Damn yeah, that's gnarly.
Wow. So this three bolts. So like if you do break an axle, the rare chance you break an axle, it's these three bolts and you slide it out. slide it in.
You don't have to pull the wheel. You're saying it's like a NASCAR it's a NASCAR God dang. I Didn't realize we're going to be shaking and baking on that D I like name. When you go snout, rear end, it's kind of like a TVM break where you just get rid of all the drag.
So if you look inside that there's an inner and outer bearing race. So instead of riding right now, there's one bearing on the A and everything's trying to bow it, move it Flex it. so you go from that to point that frees up and Spins a lot easier. This is nice. Now what do we got here? That's a wishbone kit. Ah cuz now that you got now that you got parallel bars, you need to keep the r from doing this just like Leroy Plan is guys. Ty's going to slap this stuff in. Be done tomorrow, be done soon.

So we've decided to bring it back. Yeah yeah. I mean that was our only option was scrap it or bring it back as a race car. So we've seen the comments I know how you guys get if we leave a car neglected for long enough? You guys take to the comments and go crazy until we bring something back.
Well, we've heard enough so we're bringing Ruby back. We were just talking what are we going to bring on Sik Week? We're going to bring Mullet. Sounds like we're bringing ties Ranger And we were like man, do we bring Mcf flurry or do we bring the blue F-150 Well after just a little bit of debate we have, we decided to bring Ruby back in her current form and we're going to bring her out as an 850 car. So if you guys remember years ago, Jack Stand won the 850 class right? At We Rock Won it one time Podium Like two other times we did good in that class because of the way Ruby is with the transmission in the back and the stock control arms and things.
She really hates going 750s. Every time we try to turn it up to that level, we end up breaking a lot of stuff. So what we're going to do is keep it at a chill 850 and try and go back and win the original class that Ruby was built for and that's the only thing we can really do to have it back together in time for S week. Yeah, it's the only thing we can do with this we have.
We got Mullet, a big project. This is a big is, but not that big of a project that we can get done quick exactly. So we're going to dust her off. Let's roll her over to the main shop and see what we got to do to make this happen.
So I know for sure we're going to need a whole new wiring job on this? eh? Oh yeah. remember all the electrical issues this car had that got excited and cut it all out I Know fly pared so there's no just plugging it back in? Yeah, literally. the car has almost no wiring in it right now so Zach has his work cut out for him. We'll get a full breakdown here in a minute.
Oh, there's that axle that we love so much I just heard it pop I can't be good. Might be an engine in here that we can use. So this is Leroy's old engine which we took out. We didn't blow it up cuz we were smart.
so I guess we could just drag this out. Dude, get the Ford parts off there. Yeah, so they pull this bad girl back out. she thought she was going to rest for a little bit Now we did. put the balancer off of this onto doesn't matter All Ru no I know I think we stole Ruby's balancer from something. the Blazer no no no yeah it is a I wasn't going to say anything Bal Where's her? uh intake. baby steps a little. Let's check out these control arm mounts though when we get it on the lift cuz those do worry me. Also, maybe we can get those axles refreshed before we go racing. We have a we have two spares and these we just sent out before and back together for World Cup the last time.
so maybe we are dialed like every last time. we ran the car like it got all four new tires. it got new BR axles. yeah it hurt the motor kick the gaskets out.
we put gaskets in. yeah we were. we were like screw this. we're not doing this again.
Well we RI in part with the intentions of this going in it and again new re. that is more engine than she's ever had so maybe she'll just come back greater than ever. Right now we just we're just seeing the cusp of what it could be on sick week. All right guys.
