We went testing for World Cup Finals with Leroy and Mullet and safe to say I was on a destructive path when we had to stop. Mullet had multiple issues that lead to a locked up engine and Leroy nearly had a catastrophic explosion. Glad we made it out ok!

Leroy going super fast tonight, we're just trying to test our new strain gauge. This shift knob can actually cut the engine's power momentarily when I grab it it's system we we've never used but we have so we're going to try and make that work tonight because to be honest, the other method we're doing is kind of inconsistent to get these shifts off. so we're just going to test that on like a 780 tune up real slow I just want to feel it a couple times and then mull it. We have the same tune in it from the other night when it hurt the transmission we got a fresh trans back from Eminem Shout out to Eminem Their service is amazing and uh it should be good to make a rip.

So feeling good for these two? Got to, you know, make sure they're dialed before we show up at World Cup You don't get a lot of runs every day so we want to make make sure we're in a really good spot. There's usually only a couple reasons why that that happens and uh, none of those reasons are ever good.

Let's hope he just didn't hurt anything and that would be really good.

But I also have no brakes that's new and I've got brake fluid. so I don't know about that one going to have to look into that. Well well well, dude. pigm and the flywheel.

very oddly. I get down there and Zach starts Towing me and I realize I have no brakes. zero like pedal to the ground. We get back here.

we go run the other car. we come back and the brakes are perfect so we know the fluid is hot obviously. I went 180 and then I used the brakes to stop. Now we're like is this master bad? We got our goal.

We said 420. we went a 425. The car is good. We may as well just wait and get a master.

So I don't go 180 through there Brand new those at the shop 1564 perf? Yeah I it. Let's make sure it starts up. Sounds Here we go dude. sty unal dude.

You don't remember how staining gauge works. Basically when I put pressure on this, it's going to cutting. This thing is I can't be putting pressure on this thing if I'm not trying to shift, not going to work so little boops, you'll be dial. yeah I to bump it.

but I'm going to try I'm just going turn the boots way down and we're going to go try this out see if it works All right? Leroy Buddy, it's just so much more fun to film. Leroy What was that? Sounded like a bunny SHO man that that was weird. So you see how the Shine grades is working there, you hear cutting. So now that he's got that figured out, what you can do is you can tighten that Gap So then instead of running the limiter, dink dink dink and it'll W to shift faster.

Bad way way turned down. He's got all the Boost ink out just trying to figure out the string gauge there and it worked. He just has to tighten her up. Oh go, that was a disaster.

There's Leroy that ain't good bro. did you guys hear that? Yeah, what was that? That was a 232. Oh I went from third to second gear instead of fourth. Hey, that's all right.

You're just thinking a little too much about shifting with the train gauge bud. It's all right. I Think this engine is good for the RPM itself. saw I probably saw a pretty high RPM grab the laptop I'll adjust it and we'll just try again.

I think I was anticipating the shift and I put a little bit of pressure on it. You hear that money shift? Yeah I heard all the RPMs I went 12160 but being way turned down not bad. Yeah I mean that was solid but I'm going to make the parameter bigger so if I do pull a little bit, it won't just start shutting the car off. I got a confession to make.
What any guesses on how much RPM it saw 1,000 9700 oh my God you said it was I Told okay, we missed the gear we went about 9700 Sam called it. Here's the deal. We might not get away with doing that again. so I'm going to not do that.

Hey good thing you had to turn down I know yeah, seen that we would have been in trouble. Sounded good. not do that. Do you not have a red on this rig? I do.

but it drags it past it, huh? Sporty, that's what you call Sport trying to be like MC flurry I See you all right let's get this baby dialed in 790 173 Let's go. It worked. The gaps on the 1 two three sounded really good. The 34 sounded a little bit long, but that's okay.

You might not have been just trying to go for it, but the 1 23 that sounds really close to where it needs to be dead on the 60t 122 506 at 142 to the Eth soft 790 out, 173 turn down. Dude I like where we're at right now. Not bad dude. not bad.

506 at 142 turned down is it's moving. It's moving. it's moving. Well guys, that was cool and all.

but now I I I lost second gear. What? It won't go back into second really? I was just driving back and I can't get second gear now like that's fourth Falls right in second. stuck so I must like bent a shift fork or something. Well think we put the spare Trans in and forget about this idea until till further notice.

Now we have no spare transmission for World Cup I can for you. Get it out all right ladies and gentlemen, That's been some fantastic testing today for Leroy and Mullet. Well you know what? Uh, we have the good spare for this and then we have the other spare the D truck spare which the shift Fork should be the same I can just take the the fork tower out of that transmission and put in this one as long as this doesn't have Billet Forks like if they have the same Forks this one definitely has big dog Forks so we'll call. RPM I mean I'm sure they could send us something the World Cup we can rebuild in the pits.

Well guys, this has been an excellent day of testing for M and Leroy I mean clearly we just have everything dialed in. We uh, we at least saved ourselves from embarrassment at World Cup We know what we got to do with that, We know what we got to do with this and we'll probably go out qualifier number one and be ahead of the game. Now you know that's what we go. That's what we do testing for.

That's right. didn't go perfect, but we learned some stuff. We'll fix the cars. we'll head the World Cup ready to risk.

    Mullet needs an oil heater before he starts. F1 car do that before they can start. Fittings on the oil pan with a pump /heater that plugs in and circulates the oil till it is hot enough. Then you can start it and it will be happy, also it adds longevity to the engines life.
