2. It's funny when they comment about the Corvette finally becoming a "supercar". It was the FIRST supercar. Everyone says the first supercar was the Lamborghini Miura. It was NOT. The Corvette had everything the Lamborghini had, at least a year earlier, and most of it was better. Better handling. Better brakes. More horsepower. Higher top speed. Most importantly, the Corvette's handling didn't turn to shit as it ran out of gas, which is what happened with the Miura as the front end got lighter because the tank was in the front and the steering and handling went away. And the Vette was, like most American cars, more or less unbreakable. And fixing it meant a drive to the parts store.

   PS for the morons – having a mid-engine configuration doesn't make a car a "supercar".

8. What am APPALLING car. That cross brace over each manifold will NEVER go back on that way after 100000 miles. The car will just bend, because Chevy uses inexpensive and weak metals. Chevy can win over meth heads but smart people who know the difference bwould never fall for this ruse

Old corvettes over new one any day all new car these days are over-engineered they take the fun out of driving you lose that sense of speed because they're too comfortable too quiet and all the traction control gizmos just controls the car to much taking the feel and Experian away from the driver what do people think 🙏
