Good to see you too. Man, you may recognize him from when we were out in Glamis and uh, we're with this. the sand car that uh I broke several times. we in Glamas Harvey kept us on the road.

Yeah, you did a did a number on that trailing arm that's for sure. Yeah. so Harvey actually has had the sand car since we left Glamas and he's fixed several things including this control arm that we had welded out in the field which uh, was pretty ugly so he went ahead and fixed that. rowder coated the arm but you found major cracks.

Yeah, this whole side on the inside here was cracked from the front to the back all the way down. Yeah, I'll put the picture on there TIG and over. Mig is not not not easy to do, but it kind of purifies the weld when you do it. so we were able to TIG the whole thing back in and then I counter coat both arms the same so it doesn't look so.

OD Yeah, no it looks money. We did a couple other things. we pulled the motor out, checked the clutch and then I added some stuff in here that you don't know about. Oh really yeah.

so you want to jump up here and take a look? Okay, let's see what we got between your steering wheel there. Okay, all right. see a gauge there. Oh, what do we got? Oh, so that tells you what gear you're in.

Yeah, so what do I turn on this? Turn on the key? Y dang. that's really nice. It's kind of a mystery what year you're in Having a sequential sequential? yeah? that's sick. Hell yeah.

Seat heaters. You put seat heaters in it. huh? Heers Yeah dude. So you got switches right here for both sides in the front.

Oh, my brother switches in the back for the back passengers as well. So nice. Keep you guys Keep you guys warm when you're out there doing what you're doing. Yeah, we got a little plan coming up for the Sand car, so it was really nice.

Harvey Took it and got it dialed in. We had some clutch issues, which didn't really turn out to be anything thing. Apparently we have a internal transmission issue. Yeah, we think so.

We think it's probably the input shaft bearing or something a little deeper, but we didn't have time to dig into it. Yeah, it, it'll be okay. It's not. It's not detrimental to the car.

Yeah, it's a Mandola S4 right? Yeah, Mola S4 Mola S4 So Mola if you got a spare S4 Laying around hit me up to this one. makes a lot of bad noises. and then we also got rid of the giant four batteries that were in the back. Oh, that's right.

Yeah, so this for some odd reason, this car had four 6volt batteries underneath the back seat. Why anybody would ever do that? I Have no idea In order to get the batteries out, you'd have to drop the floor panss. Yeah! so we went ahead and put a single 12 in the foot well up there. Sweet? Well, uh.

Yes, when you're done doing what you're going to do with it, it can come back. And my tuner in Glamis is standby and waiting to tune this car for going to rebuild the shocks and get that all down.

cuz the shocks on this thing kind of suck guys to be honest because they are just so old and have them in tuned. They're not bad shocks. Dual bypass? No, they're great. Yeah, Triple bypass in the rear, Triple bypass dual in the front.

You know having a bypassing all four corners is great. That's the ideal setup. They just need to be rebuilt and then revalved and tuned. Yeah cuz I really couldn't stay on throttle through whoops or anything you Chuck the whole car into the air.

it's kind of weird. the re end. Yeah, all right well sweet man, she looking pretty good and we're going to head over to another friend's shop where we're going to be using these tires. We're going to dyo this baby.

Yeah, see she can make make some steam I would think it'll make 500. Oh it's got to make that 5600. Got got to make that at least. yeah.

Oh and you put a belt on it? Yeah I got yeah. I put a belts on it for you which is not easy to do in this car by the way. no you see how the tensioner hits the exhaust and stuff and then you in with some Spar My doe? Hell yeah. can I fire it up and don't? Yeah, don't let George anywhere near the belt.

so I know I know George and Heavy D can't go anywhere near the belt. Yeah, you can fire it up see if she still runs. she's in neutral according to our gear SW here there she is all right. Holy crap guys.

all right we're at Cordz Performance if you remember I sent my C7 all the way to this shop in Arizona to get fixed and and it's ran fall as since so it's definitely worth it. These guys work on new Corvettes and all kinds of new late model GM stuff. look at that C8 on the drag pack. dude.

Clean. Honestly, we know what the coolest car in this lineup is the C7 ZR1 dude if I had to choose a color for a C7 ZR1 the orange looks pretty good man that's the one dude. Ooh and the Silverado what's up dude? good to see you. Good to see you Man this is where my C7 got fixed.

Oh and this is my buddy Harvey He brought the sand car over. Oh right on. we were hoping we could jump on your Dyno and see what it makes. Yeah, absolutely.

Once that red six ch's all done, we'll throw it on. All right. Well here we go. Looks so funny if there little tires on there I think we're dial what we got for oil pressure up here.

Oh yeah baby! what a good unit! Honestly guys you know I really thought hard about selling this I even listed it on Facebook for about 6 hours, got about 6,000 messages and then I realized I don't think I can get another car like this for 50 Grand I think I Got great value for my money on this one. It's so good. just look at it. I mean it's a great car.

Looks really funky with the transport tires in the back by the way. but we're keeping it dude. we're not going to go crazy if this engine blows. We'll put a big dog engine in it, but for now, it's perfect.

Dang dude. Street Mode engaged seeing if it'll fit. We're good. We dropped a bunch.

Yeah! so we ended up just putting the transport tires on the front. so now we won't ruin our sand tires and we'll fit on the dyno. I Kind of like the street mode. those are a little small, you know.

looks a little goofy skinn less weight for wheelies though. you know what? I mean I'm using my helicopter helmet because it's all I have we di, let's do some wheelies. They're still tuning that car so do a couple wheelies on the street on the street setup. Then we'll toss her on the dyo see how much power it makes.

Oh, see what this thing can do? Need more traction? We got a set of tires we can stick on it. All right guys, we're back here. Day two: We've got Hooers on the sand car. Now the old mud tires weren't doing it.

So luckily we found a set of Hooers here at Cordz Performance got them slapped on. We're back back to try this again before we go on the dyno. She feeling good, feeling better, feeling better. Going to try this again.

Yes, yesterday the all trins didn't work. Got the Hooer Slicks on the back today. Yes Yeah! Has a car ever done a wheelie on this street? Oh never. That was awes problem.

Holy MO No way there it is. Look at that smile. dude. put this away dude.

Sol It solid Dude: Solid. Much much better results. I mean overall I'd say 10 out of 10 results with these tires. Did you see this? Yeah, you put it right on the skid plate.

Oh, that was not there. couple scratches, not going to worry about that and uh, she's running. She's running optimal. So we're going to wait for them to pull his C10 off and we're going to slap her on the dyno see how much power she's making enough to do a wheelie obviously.

But I'd like like to know the number so the Slicks were a great call. How'd that look out there? It looked very Rowdy very Rowdy 100% worth getting the tires changed. Definitely long drive to get to Mexico from here, but it was worth the trip. Arizona Mexico It's pretty close.

Yeah, it's really close so that worked out good. Fourth one to one. Yes, All right, what do you think these things going to make? I was thinking 500. That's a good guess just because these transaxles rob a lot of power.

But at least that's what Nick said He said every time he's a sand car. the transaxles rob a ton of power so we'll see. You know what's your guess for power? Uh, 625. Guess what's it? Make boost 13 lb on a 400 on LS3 it's a 400 CU but it's not stock is it? I don't think it's stock is it? Well I don't know.

13 L85 There's a heck of a cam in that thing for sure. I would say in a car that would do like 700 on ethanol it would do about 7720 over 500. We got 500, 600 and 700 right here with the drive line. Lck I'm going to say 630 640.

Yeah, we also have no way to tune I didn't my laptop and you have a license and software you know it's a lot of it's a lot of drama so we're just going to see what it makes. That's all we're getting hanging. I Literally bought this thing side unseen off Facebook and have done nothing but a tune like that's perfect. It's I feel like I'm lucky in a lot of ways because you know it could have been bad I mean we did fuel filters but for Facebook purchase this has been incredible performance seen allad and on the sand.

Yep, all right guys here we go. Like I said the tune that's in it is staying so we're just going to see what it makes going to do the first poll and third. GE so you know fourth gear. it might make a little more power, but we'll see what it makes in third because we don't want to explode these 11-year-old hooer tires.

They're old and a little bit dry roded and high wheel speed can make them go boom. Let's go. Yeah, that was fast. That gear is short.

Definitely have to get fourth gear. 571 Spun the tires on that one. Still made 570 spinning. Come on old girl.

Yeah, the gears are pretty short with those short tires. All right. All right, 624 dude. right on.

Harvey Harvey Get perfectly 6 624 horsepower at the tires. It was still going a little bit. Hey, we can do another one. The tires are warm.

now. do another one. Hit the limiter. We got to see what she'll make.

All right, that's fourth gear. Little more, maybe a little more. 629. Dude, That's all she's got.

All right. 629 horsepower on the third pole. That's solid. That's solid.

I mean it's healthy, that's working good. these Transmissions soak up a lot of power. Yeah, so at the crank, maybe 700 something. They're like 25% on some of these.

Really? Yeah, it's it's a lot. milph. That's all Fourth Winter. Yeah, that's a much smaller tire than the paddles.
