I was thinking about putting this motor in a prerunner, how reliable do you think it would be just leaving it stock how it comes from the crate?
I love that car 10.3 ltr is like a 628 or 640 ci engine. Those bid bores reminds me of my dad's 572 back in the day. That is one impressive car you have there. Why don't you drag race that car. There probably isn't a class for it. Well Happy Racing. Keep the rubber side down. Hell yeah brother. Doing it for Dale.
You may have had one of those gear chips run between the cam and lifter and bend a valve
Correct me if I am wrong, Toast makes close to 1000hp with a blower, and Leroy makes 1500 with turbos. Why not run turbos on the burnout car?

Remove pipe plugs in the side of the block=no mess on the floor before removing the heads
Hand lapping helps the final assembly…guarantees solid seal…
