Something james didn't mention is with a shorter stroke, the piston speed is slower than a longer stroke at same rpm.
Less speed, less friction, and less heat.
So when are we putting toasts old motor in the ramp truck?
Right now my little 3 year old boy is enamored with the 6 second Camaro Tom let you drive and Toast. Please print some shirts for both in junior sizes if you could or give him a shout out to Cecil “Bear” in Kearney, NE. I work in Healthcare and to hear you were using engines made right here in Kearney, NE is mind blowing. I know Eaton right here in town makes racing piston rods but I never knew blue print made engines people legit race with. Very cool stuff, we hope to see you here in Kearney, NE for that drag race week you were doing. It would be cool to see you guys come up for cruise night week up here sometime. I think my boy has a new hero since I don’t race cars. After watching your videos I saw him run out to our garage daily drivers including a van and he open the doors to both and said to me through his pacifier these cars could go fast Dad. 😂 I couldn’t help but smile and bust out laughing. Keep it up man, in a world of negativity it’s awesome to see some positivity and just straight up screaming bald Eagle 🦅 freedom for these kids to be proud to watch. Btw my daughters think your crazy car stunts are hilarious, they think your dangerous but they love it.
When James said "the stroke of the crank an the rod size" i lol'd. Im a kid at heart lmao
Yer the boys ! Do it for dale yeow!
The first thing I thought when I saw the OG 632 was windage problems and poor rod angle.
I would have done a 532. 4 inch stroke and 4.6 piston with a high 1.395 compression height.
The 632 has a lot of cool factor, but it's not the best performance mill by far. 501, 532, 565 and 582 are the magic numbers. And then finish it off with a 14-71 to keep temps down.
Why not just go rotary if you want high rpms? Make your own billet 4 rotor (or even more doritos if you want… you would be making your own engine).
When is toast making a come back?
632 needs to go in the tow truck.
HOLY brother! The bald eagles on that jump
The next build needs to have the largest displacement possible, then use it for truck pulling.
Hate to be that guy but rod length has absolutely no affect on displacement.
You post everday next may or we report you for fake news.
where has our boy TOAST been and where are the ROD SHOP guys to burn out the FF!!!!!!
Ain't no replacement for displacement
Ditch the blower and put the 632 into the rollback Tow truck at the FF. Put EFI on it so its kinda tame
