Let's get to the live action. Hell yeah, brother, you're on the Police before on YouTube channel. All right guys. Well, since we have our buddy Kevin Smith in town who you could consider a professional driver, we're gonna have a little battle.

Today we got the Aerial Atom and this thing's making 300 plus horsepower through a little four-cylinder right? But it's got a supercharger, it has an optimized powered away ratio, and you know our C5 go-kart that we have doesn't really. but it's got a big old V8 so bring her out Kevin Junior which is just a C5 Corvette without a body, right? This thing doesn't have a lot of modifications, but it's relatively light. It's got big Nitto Tires on it, and it does have a V8 that we already saw made 350 horsepower. so a little bit more horsepower.

about 25 more horsepower and probably 1200 pounds heavier, but more grip maybe. And then we got really light. a lot of horsepower for its weight, optimized basically for racing. So we're just gonna go get a Baseline and see how they do competing against each other.

We're gonna do some spectator drags and stuff like that. All right. so Kevin's driving the Corvette I'm gonna drive the aerial Adam because it has unlimited Headroom this limited Headroom that unlimited Headroom So we're gonna do a spectator Drive Ready to start things off, That's essentially you start from a stop at the start Finish Line and then James will flag us.

We race back to the start Finish Line First person across the line wins. We're gonna do a best two out of three and since I'm feeling nice, I'll give you the inside Lane To start off okay. oh, should get it twice. It all works out once.

Ariel Adam Just Smokes you it'd be interesting I mean I don't know what's gonna. It feels pretty strong, right? It's pretty quick. It's pretty quick. It's pretty quick so I don't have to shift so you got to worry about shifting I know I know and I don't know the gear ratio for the track yet so I might get screwed on the first one.

but we'll see. Let's jump in and do it first for some test laps. A little warm up Man, it's cool up here all right. Oh dude I didn't even know that Adam can do that.

Foreign. definitely looks really awesome. Oh very good view. Oh Fireball good and Leroy Junior spins the tires.

Not ideal for spectator drags ripping down the back straight, but just didn't have what it took at the front. Oh dang well. there's probably not much point in doing that again. No chance.

Yeah, you're done. I Thought it'd be closer. Man it's like no traction to begin with. Yeah well.

I get 20 feet I'm like well I'm done well I'm rear engine so that probably helped all right now. Cletus In the Atom is gonna give Kevin a little head start since Leroy Jr is just bone stocks E5 Corvette and this is a purpose-built race car. Oh a major Head Start No shot. Golly Foreign is so fast on the track it's crazy I Thought this would be sort of close.

Yeah, this thing's insane. It looks it from here. I'll go all the way to that yellow line. You think that's fair? I Think you'll still catch me? No, no way.

The back yellow line between the two yellows between the two is going to be I'll go in between the two pretty close Kevin Don't let us down it out. Good news SS engine is still American Yeah man, this is not gonna be cool. The Atomby's a Corvette in this one. All right ketchup, he ain't catching.

holy crap he's right there though. Oh oh I buy a car. oh it took a quarter track Head Start but Elroy going on the board. dude that was so close dude I think I'm a little low on gas I fuel cut right there.

if I wouldn't have it would have been dead even. Yeah man I saw the nose fall like as you were coming into my peripheral I saw you went in there a little fast and when it just showed up high and I was like this is my opportunity All right. So the next one that I want to do is a braking test so we're gonna both come in at the same speed and at that white line will both slam on the brake. Okay nice side by side.

No ABS Bud yeah I'll do it again. All right here we go. Breaking test Go here we go. Breaking challenge All right.

the old Corvette's a little heavy dang dude. No neither of us have abs so if you just Jam them it'll lock it up. Yeah, but these five did really good Here we go: Lap times, lap times buddy. The aerial atom is clearly dominating, but we need to know we need the Baseline numbers.

How good is it? Got the transponders on the cars? gonna do some laps? Get some real lap times All right boys. you got five laps each to get your best time. Okay, don't make us look bad, don't let us down. Are you ready? Get set? Go! Oh dude.

Kevin's getting laughed for sure. Foreign cranked. this thing turns so fast. My neck bro my giraffe neck was like every bump just getting.

Whiplash I didn't get laughed I was happy with that. You didn't get laughs I came close but I didn't crash. That's also great. Yeah I had a moment I like this car because it's not that hard to drive to go that fast around.

Well I don't know how fast yet. it had to be rolling, but it was rolling and it's not that difficult to do like I Feel like this is a really good car for someone who wants to get into racing, but that's a Corvette This thing's clearly just dominant out here at the track, which you kind of new. I mean cars are a lot different. I mean there's a production made to race? Yeah, they've built these things to do great.

So in order to make these cars, you know, close match, we're gonna have to make sure. Leroy Jr Really shines in his category. But Here Comes The lap time. What is? Leroy Junior's category burnouts and drag races I Mean drag racing.

All that good stuff. Coolness. Just being awesome. That's a good being Leroy Junior Drag Racing Burnout contest Burnout contest Yeah, just definitely win that Americanism V8 Freedomness right? It's already winning there.

Yes, but it needs to be a little faster. The fastest lab for the Aerial Atom 1758. Wow. Fast slap time for the Corvette 1852.

Okay, that's not bad. That's not bad. One second is a mile on this track. If you don't know, one second is a humongous Gap Out here to be expected.

We knew that Adam was going to be yeah, but you think about it though, that's tough and it's a bone stock car stock. no body. Yeah, I mean it's supercharged. Let me push this out of the way for a second.

I Want to try something? She's leaking a little bit of coolant, but it's not too bad that Reservoir might need to go Reservoir is definitely a problem. Foreign? yeah, the old one. Hook it and hook it back up. All right I don't know.

It sounds a little funky up here. dude. Kevin blew up later. man.

come on. Elroy Oh wait. maybe it's all these wires burned up right here. Dude.

Uh oh, that's half the coils right there. Probably that's probably what's going on. Oh yeah, yeah, you got some broken ones. Got some bare ones that's a little more broken while you're rubbing on it? Yeah, yeah, Oh no.

Leroy Jr that's a real bummer. Way to go. Kevin Well, you know, all right guys. Well, right now Leroy Junior is broken because of Kevin He turned the wheel too sharp.

Actually, it looks like the zip tie just didn't do its job and hold it. You know, just centimeter over. It might be best we just remove all that junk. You know, guys, we're gonna have to take a real assessment of Leroy Jr Here you know now he's not even running the car is a little bit of a mess.

We're gonna take a real assessment to make this thing as good as that aerial atom because that was our promise by the end of this giveaway is that this Corvette cart is as good as that full-blown production race car and we promise that it's going to be better. In some ways it might not be as fast as it out here on the track after seeing that. Gap I Think it's going to be a real challenge to get this car to keep up around the turns. but I guarantee one thing, it's going to be faster in a straight line.
