So guys, when I originally picked up the F-150 I went ahead and filmed a video trying to surprise people with it because you really can't tell it's modified unless you're flooring it. Some people picked up on it immediately as to be expected, but I tried to surprise as many people as I could I mean word spreads quickly but I tried to make a Marauder Style video with the giveaway truck so went pretty good. You know it's just weird for me having perfect reliability in a car. It's kind of throwing me off. You know what? I'm saying. the C7 hasn't broke down one time in a year. All it does is straight rip I just don't get it and you know Cortez performances to blame. Maybe I like being broke down on the side of the road. So I'll tell you this: don't take your car to Cortez Performance If you don't want to break down, you know I've I'm more used to the life of breaking down constantly. It's kind of weird driving the C7 it doesn't break anymore. It's just like the thing's insane I haven't even done anything to it but change oil. which is, you know how it's supposed to be. the Texas Speed 427 still straight ripping. So as I got her out of the garage today I wanted to give a shout out to those boys I haven't put that many miles on this thing. you know, a couple thousand but damn is it running good. I figured while I'm on the way to the shop real quick and grab some GoPros off of Leroy I will do a little Poll for you. It's hard to believe I almost sold this bad unit. dude. love this car. I don't think I can ever sell it. It's a staple of the Channel All right I Do think the tires are about done in this thing, but let's make a rip. yeah. I mean it runs pretty freaking good boys. I'm on methadone I'm pretty much out of gas so I can't really do that again for you guys, but man, I haven't put methanol in it like but once this year, that's pretty good that it's just now out. All right. So guys, in preparation for 2023 race weeks: I Finally am retiring this trailer. So this trailer has always had an axle really far towards the back which has been tough on. Old Mullets hitch. We've cracked the hitch on almost every race week so just look at the tongue weight on this thing. it is very heavy and I even got another trailer for one of our other race week cars this year whether it's the Blazer or something else. but I sold this one so we'll be keeping that one. and I Bought this new unit. Check this thing out! It's the same size interior wise as these other trailers, but it's a little taller. It's got an aluminum chassis. Look at how light this is. Bought this baby used off of Facebook and checked out the back. Let me show you a situation. you need a part from the very front of this thing I Gotta climb my giraffe self through that little hole all the way up to the front to get whatever I need. But on this new bad unit, check this out, you pop this thing open, you let down the old tailgate like so, and then you can Actually on top of all this and keep in mind, this thing is hundreds of pounds less weight than that trailer and you can just freaking pop this up. I can take my giraffe self all the way up inside that thing. axle is centered up, got some freaking sweet wheels on it, and then you can just kind of walk up in here. This has tie downs too. So I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to equip this thing with this year, but I fully plan on dominating all race weeks this year. So I wanted to upgrade the trailer finally versus The Old Faithful So I'm even thinking about putting a welder in this thing. maybe a little generator so if you have any ideas, throw them out there for me. Definitely have to put the hood mount back on it. and then we'll put some mounts for the wheels and tires up top. But guys, a lot of random content in today's video. That's it for now.
