You guys ever change the ecu?

Don't rule out the ecu being the issue. Some one must have the same model you can swap out for testing or just replace it mr moneybags
Is the engine grounded to the chassis? Could be that under high loads, something gets ungrounded.
Are you guys using a shielded cable from ECU to the sensor?
Also, the ramp angles on the trigger wheel look way to course I think you need to go to 60-2 set up works awesome on our drag RB setups!

Maybe Ruby needs a new Holley unit? same problem with completely different crank sensors + wiring… that's the only other part of the crank sensor system is the unit itself. Maybe just some kind of internal glitch, or just the abuse its taken from being in Ruby … @Holley hook a brotha up!

Should have stuck with Donnie…. Not convinced at all with that new setup. The fun haver team always seemed to be more talk.
Adding a resister 1k-10k range on the crank sensor wires may fix the signal at high rpm.
Just so someone doesn't blow a gasket I really hope Ruby's issue isn't just a loose wire. lol
That's the life of a driver sometimes you can't find what's wrong without help from another driver you can trust that won't tell ya some bullshit
My Holley was doing similar things. It was RFI that eventually fried the ECU. I put a 130 amp Marine electrical "noise" filter between the alternator and the battery to fix it.
Ruby is missing jack stand and throwing a fit 🤷♂️
